Stylin’ Leather – Casual

If you’re reading this it means you survived Monday, congrats love! I’m not the first girl to wear a leather jacket and I certainly won’t be the last but I defiantly am a bit picky when it comes to my leather ensembles. So over the next two weeks I am going to be posting about how I style/wear my leather jacket in the winter. This is my first winter not in Florida (judge me for saying this) but I am a little scared. I am a total Florida girl when it comes to weather and even though it’s just a state away, I am feeling the wind chill in Georgia. You would be surprised just how warm this jacket is, and paired with some cozy accessories gives it a warm and casual look.

Is it just me or are all post holiday weeks the longest and hardest??? Thankfully its Wednesday and we are half way through the week. Im kind of obsessed with the look I’m bringing ya’ll today, bomber jackets are so popular right now and this one is lightweight and has a velvet look to it, I love it! Lately, I have been really into mixing neutral colors, it just gives a clean look and provides a lot of variety. I know post thanksgiving week is busy for everyone so I’m keeping this short and sweet, hope you enjoy!

Hi Loves! So life has been a bit of a whirlwind lately and I have recently moved from Florida to Atlanta for a job opportunity and truthfully couldn’t be any happier. As crazy as it is to be stepping into a brand new role and being in a completely new city, I am trying to embrace the change to the fullest. I still co own Deep Southern and will always be involved in the store. I am a firm believer that whatever you put out in life you get back 10 fold & this move has been a total testament to that. In just a few short weeks how quickly things have fallen into place really blows my mind, from meeting some of the most amazing people to exploring my new city, I couldn’t feel anymore blessed.  I have to say one of the best perks of living in Atlanta is defiantly the shopping. I picked up this neutral tone cape last week and it is such a fun piece, I kept it really simple with ripped jeans, a white top and booties.
